This morning was spent having breakfast with my two youngest daughters and their significant others. A real treat for me, I wish there were more weekends where we would do this. But, they have their lives and new families. After we said our goodbyes and I cleaned up the breakfast mess, I too, left and headed west. I didn’t get as far as I wanted too. It was still cold in Indiana when Cleo, Joe and I stopped for the evening.
My generator wasn’t fixed before I headed west. I had connected with a person in an RV group who said they had a reliable RV mechanic. So, on the road, I go and while I may be psychic, I do not read every one. Maybe I should… With my batteries charged, they held juice for the furnace until about 2:00 a.m. At that time they gave up and I had to start the coach engine to power the furnace. A truly inefficient way of using power. The batteries began to recharge and we stayed warm.
Then head on down the road again.
